• Typically on Sundays I post the dumplings I am making for the week. Each week is different, depending on what is currently fresh and seasonal.

• All dumplings are handmade and then frozen immediately. Once they are completely frozen, the dumplings are divided and vacuum sealed in individual packs of 10 dumplings.

• I make anywhere between 10 - 14 packs per week. I take orders on a first come, first serve basis based on my direct messages or email (darlingdumplingschi@gmail.com).

• I would prefer order pickups, (located in Irving Park), within a week of the order. You can arrange a pickup time by email.

• If you are located in the city of Chicago, we can arrange a drop off for an additional delivery fee (varies depending on location). Please contact me for delivery information.

• Cash, Venmo, or Zelle, is accepted for payment upon pickup/drop-off.

• All dumpling packs are frozen for you to cook on your own. Cooking instructions are located here.

• Since the dumplings are vacuum sealed, they can keep in your freezer for about 2 months. I would suggest cooking them as soon as you can!
